Drafted (https://www.drafted.ai/) generates house plans from a list of rooms, a land shape, and a style.

Rooms are chosen and then placed by dragging and dropping, adjusting shapes, choosing the surface and choosing the style.
A 3D model is generated with exterior rendering (materials, finishes) and interiors furnished automatically.

The plan can be reworked by iterations: erase an area, regenerate, compare several directions before choosing.

A public library of more than 85,000 plans already generated can be consulted with remix and filtered by number of bedrooms, bathrooms, surface, style or shape.

Export in PDF, DXF (CAD) and IFC (BIM), in addition to the 3D model in GLB format.

Note: only single-storey plans.
