Gemma 4 (description: https://huggingface.co/blog/gemma4) is the latest open-source model from Google.
It is available on Hugging Face, in the Google AI Studio (https://aistudio.google.com/) and in the Google AI Edge Gallery in mobile version.

Multimodal, it is available in several “light” models including 26B, 32B and E2B / E4B for mobiles.

In Google AI Edge Gallery, agents can be enabled. 8 are available and it is possible to create your own (documentation: https://github.com/google-ai-edge/gallery/tree/main/skills).
