Argos (https://ia-des.rochane.fr/) makes the user dialogue in a chatbot on a given subject to exercise the construction of reasoning and critical thinking.

Two dialogue modes to choose from:
– The tutor mode asks questions to help build one’s own reasoning without giving the answer.
– The critical mode plays “devil’s advocate”: false reasoning can be slipped into the exchange, the user is led to find it and defend his ideas.

Possibility to add reference sources: by copying and pasting excerpts, chapters, reading notes, up to 100,000 characters or via .txt or .md files.

A final report is generated: coherence index, assessment, strengths and areas for improvement.

Works via the DeepSeek API to generate the responses.

Note: nothing is stored on the server side, recovery possible via export/import of a .json file.
