Instrument Playground (https://artsandculture.google.com/experiment/instrument-playground/8QFo2oQr2uT3pg) generates a music video inspired by an instrument and allows you to compose from that clip.

After choosing one instrument from the hundred or so proposed, Lyria generates a 20-second sound clip inspired by the selected instrument.

An adjective (“moody”, “happy”, “romantic”…) can be added to the instruction to guide the style of the instrument.

The generated clip can then be played and manipulated in three modes: Ambient, Beat or Pitch.

An Advanced mode with sequencer allows up to four instruments to be layered to compose a sequence of notes.
