Overline (https://overline.live/) is a Chrome extension that adds real-time subtitles and live overlay translation on any video in the browser, without a subtitle file and without switching tabs.

On any video that plays, “Start Captions” brings up the subtitles on the video. Sub-second latency.

10 languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Portuguese and Spanish.

At the end of each session, the transcript is saved and downloadable in TXT or SRT (history icon).

In the free version, 20 minutes of subtitling per month, the 10 languages available, the transcription history and TXT and SRT export, no credit card required.
