Public Ai (Chatbot: https://chat.publicai.co, project website: https://publicai.co/ and documentation: https://github.com/forpublicai) is an open-source chatbot based on the Apertus language model and SEA-LION V4.

The project is led by a non-profit association bringing together public, university and private actors. It is based on several values: accessibility, transparency, safety, ethics and inclusion.
